A Guide to follow while creating your first thundr site.


Creating a thundr Site

thundr is an incredibly fast and cost effective way of setting up a website for your business.

Simply click "Try Now" in the navigation section of this page and input your existing site's url.

If you don't have an existing site, you can select that option on the "Try Now" page to create from a thundr site starter instead.

Once you have purchased a thundr site, you can login to the admin panel via the link your site's footer:

Customizing your thundr Site

  1. First, access your site's admin panel using the link in the site's footer. You can only edit a site that you've purchased.
  2. Enter your email address and login using the secure one-time code sent to your email.
  3. Welcome to the thundr admin panel! If you have used Squarespace or Wix before, this will be completely different to you. We don't force you to do any design work, your job is simply content!
  4. Customization Options:

Use the Site Layout section to rearrange and add components to your thundr site. Simply drag and drop the component blocks into the position you would like them in.

Use the Component Settings section to customize the content of your site. You will notice that there is a box here for each component you have added in your "Site Layout" section. Click on the component you would like to edit to expand its customization options. This is where you can upload images and videos, change the color, edit the text, and customize icons.

We recommend that you review each section of Component Settings before publishing your site. If you have purchased the Business Plan, a developer will thoroughly examine, correct, and optimize your component settings to best fit your company.

Use the Brand Configuration section to update your company logo, social media, and website style. Logos should be available in a light and dark version so that they are visible on all devices. If you have purchased the Business Plan, a developer will thoroughly test your logo and style settings on different devices to ensure completeness.

Finally, use the Advanced Settings section to configure your custom domain, download your thundr site data, or upload thundr site data.

Publishing your thundr Site

Once you are ready to share your thundr site, click the preview button at the top of the admin panel. This will direct you to your published site. If you have specified a custom domain, that URL will work as well!
